Our waiter was justifiably proud of the restaurant's cuisine. He enthusiastically told us about the best dishes including pointing out that Guy Fieri had featured their chamorro de res on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. I tried one of their appetizer pork tamales, which was big enough to have been shared but so tasty you might resent doing so. Excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Food was fresh, tasty, layered with flavors, and the margaritas had agave wine! Outstanding family owned restaurant.
Food is amazing, very tasty and large portions, I would recommend making a reservation in advance as this restaurant is always full. Very friendly and highly recommended.

Great food !! Must try the Chile Verde
Love this place!!!!!! The food is awesome. Some times the wait can be long, but well worth it.
My wife and I went last night. Food was great I have no compliments. Only issue was our waiter was too busy talking to his friends and completely ignored us. After waiting for over 10 minutes the Host came over and brought us drinks and took our order. She brought our food over when it was ready. The waiter finally came over to us after the host served us. Food is great, however I recommend the staff be trained better and remember the customer is first and not their friends.
Saw this place on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives a few nights ago and had to check it out. I am floored by how delicious the food is! I had Chamorro and my husband had Chile Verde and both dishes did not disappoint! The Chamorro is smokey and tender with a little bit of a spicy kick. The Chile Verde is bright and full of flavor. The house beans and rice were delicious and the homemade tortillas are served fresh and hot. We will definitely be back and we'll bring friends with us!
