I will definitely not return to this place or recommend it to others. Dr. Bita lacked courtesy and professionalism, displaying loud and discourteous behavior that was unacceptable. The office environment was clearly unsanitary, with cluttered examination rooms and a visible layer of dust. During a routine eye exam with my partner, we both noticed that staff and the doctor failed to disinfect the equipment between patients—a standard practice using alcohol wipes. My initial experience with Dr. Bita Sabripour was positive, but subsequent interactions were deeply unprofessional. Towards the end of last year, she deliberately withheld my prescription, seemingly to pressure me into using my benefits on eyewear from her office, despite my preference for LensCrafters. Dr. Bita was so patient and compassionate while helping me with my double vision issue.
