They were prompt, but the window cleaning was poor on the first visit. Before he left, after he was paid and thought he was finished, I had to catch him to come back and finish an incomplete window above the front door. The next day 4 more windows were found to be incomplete. A different person came to do the missed windows and he was excellent. It would have been nice to have had the second rep. do the original visit. The low rating is because you may or may not get a quality job.
The worker (Sean) called to see if he could come earlier than appt. time, since he was in the area. I was able to meet him at my house in a half-hour. He went around the house and took a look and gave me an estimate of $179 including 3 mirror panes and washing all windows inside and out. This was a reasonable cost given it's a 6/4 house with a lot of 12' tall windows. Sean took 2 hours and did a great job, cleaning the sliding door tracks and removing screens, etc. He also did some additional mirrors. Grand total = $204.
We used "Sam's Sunshine Services" which was referred to us by Gulf Coast Window Cleaning. The job was completed in a timely manner and the cleaning job was excellent.

The gentelman arrived right on schedule, and promptley started his work, he was very thourough, inside and out. He explained how to just wipe with a clean cloth any smudges from now on, instead of doing what we normally did, with the windex and paper towel thing. [ Sounds great to me. ] My windows look so great, and now I feel more like doing other fall cleanup projects. I will most definately be calling them again in the spring.

Timely service. Fair price. Ran out of chemicles prior to completion of job, but took care of mold anyway.
They did a great job.
The window cleaner did a poor job. He had to be told that the window sills were not clean. He used the hose to wash over them. When he was told that the job was not adequate, he asked if I had any bleach and he said that bleach would clean them. I gave him my bleach and he filled his bottle up. He had enough bleach in the bottle when he left to do other jobs.
