I was happy with the outside of the window cleaning for the most part. I was promised a treatment on the outside for rain, but I am not confident it was put on all the windows. One window was not cleaned at all, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. As far as the tracks being cleaned, only 4 out of the 17 windows were done. And by done, I mean quickly wiped out, not really clean. I went behind him and cleaned the tracks myself. The quick response to my request for a quote and then to schedule the appointment was appreciated. Dave understood immediately what we required and was efficient. The exterior of the house and windows look great. My neighbor saw the excellent job that was being done here and had him give her windows a wash when he finished here.
They were prompt and ready to work when they arrived to give us a quote. The work was done by just one person. He did the outside then moved inside. The tracks, screens, and glass were all done in less than 1/2 day. All the supplies were handy, in one or two buckets. We were very happy with the job which was done for the quoted price.

We actually used Sabrina's Atlantic Window Cleaning in Deerfield Beach, being affiliated with Gulf Coast Window and they were fantastic. Shawn was on time, very quick, did a great job, and was very nice. We will definitely use them again and would recommend this company to anyone. Gulf Coast also faxed us the Certificate of Liability as we asked for.

Left residue/dirt on windows
The gentlmen that came to my home and cleaned my pool enclosure was extremly efficent and knowledgeable of his trade. MY pool and decking were 7 yrs old,and when he was done they almot look new again.l Before shuting the job down he asked me to inspect the job for my satisfaction before leaving. He was on site for over 6 hrs.and i'am very satisfied ith his work.
