in W.Palm they are calling themselves Atlantic window cleaning.i was told on the phone that they would clean 4 ceiling fans free for trying them.Not so! the guy said thats only for people who has them clean inside and out. My pool area has marble tile that now has puddles of cleaning solution where his bucket was and he scratched the glass on some of our windows.I could hear that sound of sand on glass inside and sure enough its scratched!So NO fan cleaning,scratched windows and I hope NO stains on the marble! the other wind... read more

We have and will try to correct the problem by coming back out to re-clean the windows, and to clean up what ever mess was left behind and fix the windows if necessary. As we have explained it is almost impossible to scratch glass with the equipment we use it's non abrasive. We value every customer and strive to make everyone happy, we stand behind our work and would love a chance to correct the problem, if the customer would allow.
After a call to the manager, they sent another service tech out. He did a fabulous job addressing the areas that were missed before.

Just average cleaning. Didn't get water spots off outside caused by yard sprinkler. Missed several spots, but cleaned them when pointed out. Overall, if your windows are really dirty, they won't get them clean, but if it's just an annual cleaning, they do an adequate, but not great, job.

We have made several attempts to contact the consumer to make right anything he was unsatisfied with, as all of our work is guaranteed. Normally, hard water stains are an extra service that we offer in addition to our normal cleaning.
