I am moving from Dallas, TX to Highland Park, IL and am looking for a dentist. I called Dr. Cinqui's office and the receptionist was not helpful at all. I got Dr. Cinqui's name and information from my insurance company (MetLife) and when I gave the insurance info to the receptionist, she said she did not know if Dr. Cinqui would accept it?! She then did not offer to look into it further and basically told me to get lost. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and Dr. Cinqui lost a potential new patient.
