Level of care is zero stars. No one answers the phone! I left two message for my eye doctor - it has been a week and still no return call. Thinking about asking VISA for a refund.

The old white lady (with a pair of glasses) sucks. I was shopping for a frame. And since I stepped in, she was talking with me with a disrespectful tone. I asked the other lady can they order a frame if it’s not available. The old lady jumped in and saying with a rude tone, it depends. When I was consulting with the other lady, she interrupted again and again saying how the insurance is working out, asking as if I don’t have a insurance, I told her I have insurance and I understand how that is working out. Dr. Thanh and Dr. Janice were extremely helpful and professional, providing excellent service and knowledge about my well-being. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience exceptional service with the entire Sabre Springs Optometry team.
