I'm a foodie and I was super excited about trying one of their new Grand Chocoshakes. I can honestly say that I was disappointed when I arrived, customer service wasn't all that great and I was told they were out of the shake that I wanted and it would take about 30 minutes for them to make more, really? I guess the lady thought I was going to change my mind but I told her that's fine, I waited for about 5 minutes and here she comes with my shake, not sure what that was all about! �

The chocolate brownie sundae is amazing. I love brownies and this sundae did not disappoint me taste buds. The wait was long, the seating was very limited. It's hard to enjoy s sundae sitting outside in the sun. But the food made up for the wait.

it was good.... of course for uptown, the prices were on par... and presentation awesome, BUT myself and 2 friends showed up 30 min before close so they werent too too busy, and got 3 beverages to go. it took 25 minutes to get them. Not entirely sure why, there may have been more going on than we realized... The quality of the beverages (milkshakes) were decent but nothing that really stuck out to me as "special". Of course the $12 version of the same milkshake is MUCH more impressive but the $8 arent special and to be compl... read more

It was a wonderful experience. The chocolate was very good and the dishes were all generous and attractive. It was our first time there, it was for my daughters 30th birthday and we will go back. We felt the price, for what we got was fair.
