I was really put off my the female owner. I went in with my friend who bought a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings. The nice saleswoman was getting ready to put her purchase, which totaled over $450.00, into a nice paper gift bag. The female owner came over and asked to see what had been purchased. Apparently the money spent there didn't warrant a nice gift bag because the owner said, 'no, no use one of these'. What happened, is that was the very last bag of this size, I was awaiting the order of 1,000 more that were purchased from a different supplier. I had forgotten to take that one aside to be able to compare that the quality was the same or better as our normal supplier was out of stock.
