I was really put off my the female owner. I went in with my friend who bought a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings. The nice saleswoman was getting ready to put her purchase, which totaled over $450.00, into a nice paper gift bag. The female owner came over and asked to see what had been purchased. Apparently the money spent there didn't warrant a nice gift bag because the owner said, 'no, no use one of these'. Hi, Ms. *******. I am so sorry that I offended you. The amount spent has no affect whatsoever on the gift bag. All items are normally placed into the gift bags regardless of cost. What happened, is that was the very last bag of this size, I was awaiting the order of 1,000 more that were purchased from a different supplier. I had forgotten to take that one aside to be able to compare that the quality was the same or better as our normal supplier was out of stock.
