I used to LOVE coming down to Sabatinos to get their Bookmaker's Salad... but the one I just bought for $15.00 will be the last one I will ever eat. I don't know what kind of changes you are making with your business, but they are not positive ones! This salad is the worst salad I have ever had and I am very upset and disappointed in what Sabatinos has become..

Had a 930 reservation and was not seated until 10 which was fine. We were brought bread and water. The gentlemen who sat us down, got my husband a drink. We waited 30 minutes for the waiter who never came back for our order! We told the older gent we were not waiting any longer and that it was horrible service! So we left! We were looking forward to a nice Valentine’s dinner. We made a reservation at 8 p.m. However about 15 other couples did too and we waited about 40 minutes for our table (this was no biggie. We understand it was busy for a holiday). But for us to be at the table at 8:50 and not getting our entrees until 10 p.m. was unacceptable. On top of that, our server was very rude.
