Amazing! My husband and I eat here almost every night when we come to Moab (once or twice a year) and I usually try to plan the trip around Sabaku being open! I was not a sushi person before we spent a week in Moab for our wedding, and after discovering Sabaku it is my favorite! My hubby is a foodie and thinks it is some of the best sushi he's had anywhere. The food is creative and delicious. It is one of my favorite places to eat anywhere, but definitely the best in Moab!
Best Sushi ever at the one of best places in the world. Great, friendly service. Unbeatable creations like "Delicate Arch" and "Fiery Furnace" etc.
