I travel the country a lot and I can't be satisfied with sushi from anywhere else excellent presentation
Great food and wonderful service!! We have been able to travel between 98 Center (sister restaurant) and Sabaku with ease...having a few drinks at 98 center while waiting on a table and then transfer right over to Sabaku!
It was amazing - the fish was fresh and just the right temp. It's hard to find good quality fish where we're from.
They were very accommodating to our family of four. The sushi was excellent, the service was excellent, the atmosphere nice, and it was in the heart of downtown Moab. Couldn't ask for more if you are in the mood for a sushi fix!
