A bit expensive (well, if you eat as much as I do!), but well worth it!
I absolutely love eating here. I'm so happy Moab has sushi that's this good! Hands down my favorite restaurant in town.
Sushi was great ! Original rolls and classic rolls , great service and if you sit at the bar you can watch them make it - definitely food art :)

My husband and I eat here every chance we get, and bring all our visitors, too. The staff has been unfailingly excellent over the years, surpassed only by the quality and presentation of the sushi. We have yet to find another sushi restaurant that has the quality and diversity that makes Sabaku stand out. Worth the hour drive every time.
