We purchased a total of 8 units from them for our new restaurant and it was the greatest decision. Their equipment works well, and looks good. We weren't sure to purchase as we hadn't heard the brand before however, we will purchase again in the future when we open new locations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I purchased my chest freezer from here a couple of months ago and I truly like the product. The order was delivered earlier than anticipated and it was in good condition. I also received a phone call about the quality of the product and customer experience. I am considering buying a 2 door fridge from these guys.

I recently purchased a 2 Door Reach In through a wholesaler. The refrigerator is a lemon. From the time iplugged it in until 4 days after still isnt operating correctly. I had a technician out to repair it since it's still under warranty and it still doesn't hold temprature. I contacted SabaAir because The Wholesaler I purchased it from just had a voice mail. The Wholesaler was Webrestaurantwholesale.com. I called them 3 times and the voice on the recording was a Mandarin dialect. He never returned my call. so I contacted SabaAir and they said I needed to go through the Wholesaler where I bought it from. Bottom line is after the sale of $1700.00 No one wants to help resolve the problem.
