I've attended this clinic for 36 years and we have been fortunate to have Dr Bertoia as our family doctor tfor the entire time. Many times I almost felt he was a visionary with vast experience due to how readily he listened and understood the problem and offered solutions which were always spot on. Life has been comfortable under his care and he will genuinely be missed as he retires. Yet if anyone ever desires to retire he would be at the front of the line. Very rude staff
Been trying to book an appointment for a walk-in less then an hour after they opened, they told me twice that it's all booked for the day. They wont let you schedule for a day they're free. You just got to try every morning? Use to come to this clinic years ago and they were very helpful. Stop calling our clinics "walk-in clinics" if you dont take walk-ins!
