I showed up for an appointment for 3 pm, nobody answered. I went to my car to check my email and see the appointment was canceled. No phone call and yet when I inquired about why no phone call they said they didn't have my number, same phone number on file for past 5 years. I never had this problem when it was natural balance, since saanich physio has taken over " terrible customer service" !!!! More to this story on another poor customer service experience with saanich physio just in August 2024.
I have nothing but great things to say about Saanich Physio! My partner has seen Scott for chronic back pain she has had for over 10 years and he's helped her so much. She had previously seen multiple different practitioners and he is the only person who has been able to help her get lasting results! We really admire his dedication to only using treatments shown by research to get results. Scott also has a wonderful kinesiologist, Lauren, that helps provide excellent exercises to complement the treatment.
i had an appointment at 7am, no one was there when i got there, someone showed up at 7:05am and let me in. my massage therapist Jacqueline, didn’t even introduce herself, just walked in and told me to go to her room, once i got in there she just left and told me she’d come back when i was ready, but didn’t tell me what she needed me to take off for the massage, i know it’s obvious sometimes but still. and then when she came back she just started the massage without giving me any warning she was gonna start. mid way through s... read more
