Very nice He has always been very nice and caring to my son. He talks to him. He plays with him so he is not scared. My son is now 2 years old and has seen Dr Saad for 1 1/2 years. We love him!!
Accommodating Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
Knowledgeable I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Highly recommend Dr. Saad and his wife, Dr. Dagher came highly recommended by my Aunt, who has taken her kids to them for over 10 years. We live in Corona, so driving to Upland to go to the Dr. might seem unreasonable but these doctors and their staff are just wonderful. WORTH the drive. Fortunately, we've only ever had to take our daughter in for routine checkups and vaccinations and it's always such an efficient and pleasant experience.
