Matthew is the only one I trust with any of my cars. He is honest and straightforward with what needs to be done. I moved out of the area and I still make the drive to see him.
RecommendedI drive from Mill Creek to Sa-Go Auto, because I trust Matt's judgment and customer service. why wouldn't I go to Evergreen Auto across street from my house, you would ask. Cause Evergreen Auto (Todd) is a very dishonest individual. I told him that my car needs a thermostat. but Todd wanted to replace the head gasket (Guess family wanted to go to HI for vacation). THE WORST auto service garage experience EVER. The owner Matthew Palmer is RUDE, ARROGANT & DISRESPECTFUL. Tech Net automotive group should find a new garage in Bellevue!!! This place SUCKS. He also LIED!!!!
I just spent an hour taking with Matthew and Josh, and that saved me $2700.00 on Shocks & Struts. And that ain't no Geico commercial, for real. I came to this shop about 6 years ago, and I haven't been to any other shop since then. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
Matthew and his guys truly care about their customers and will get you your money's worth when it comes to repairs or maintenence on your vehicle. These guys are a top class and honest auto repair facility.
