I ended up purchasing elsewhere having found more cheerful service, the gentleman I saw there i found less than friendly. He also rang me after this review telling me if I didn’t take my review down, he would post negative comments about myself and hung up on me.
My husband spent almost 2 years trying CPAP machines and masks - terrible! He just couldn’t cope with any of them - one of the problems ( well really all the problems) were total lack of education - he needed a lot of encouragement and careful explanation - in layman’s terms.. These guys offer great advice and a fantastic service. Easy to recommend to anyone looking for a better night sleep.
I rang regarding an issue I was having with my machine and mask, the lady who answered was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me resolving the issue without any cost. I will return as a customer next time I need to purchase equipment.
