Suzanne and get team have been a great help for me. First helping me work out problems with my first cheapo Intex salt Pool. Then upgrading equipment one piece at a time with the goal of a quality AG pool in mind. This year I Have my awesome 24' round steel wall pool.The instore staff helps me keep it sparkling! I have been given the run around for weeks, spent almost $300.00, and my hot tub still does not heat up. Suzanne will not call me back, although she ends each conversation with "I will get back to you". Out of many calls, over weeks of time, I have called them, except for once. They do not guarantee their work, after saying they do. They do not show up after saying they will. And she will lie on the phone, just to put you off. The worst customer service ever. Very expensive job was promised to be done in under 2 weeks. That was in July. Technically the job is still not done as the deck was not finished as agreed, the hot tub stopped working within 4 weeks of use, the cut power to my garage and won't fix it, and they will not give me the pool cover saying I did not buy it when I did. Terrible customer service, unreliable workers, and overall terrible experience. I am turning them into the BBB and suggest no one uses them.
