RecommendedSuzanne and her team provides quality service both in store and on site making the entire pool/spa experience an enjoyable one! If you’re a new customer or someone who is tired of the hassle and unreliability of your current supplier I would definitely recommend S&W.
bought a pool package, got mix-matched pieces of whatever they had laying around, they lie when they sell items, when you get them home and they dont work, they only give you half of what you paid for item, save yourself the headache, BUY ELSEWHERE
terrible service. doesn't matter if you still have a green pool after 3 months they charge u the whole time. haven't swam in our pool the first time this year. don't waste your money.
I am shocked at how bad of an experience we had, lousy work, demand payment up front , the owner Suszan can not be trusted as our purchase shows. She does not stand behind what she agrees in writing she will do. Before I would rely on all the good reviews I would try and verify how many of the people even exist. These people are very rude unprofessional company I have every dealt with they don’t keep there word they take things apart leave with parts keep you waiting for months on in got a lot excuses Suzanne is a rude cunt wouldn’t recommend these people for nothing
S&W has been my pool supplier for the past 5 years. They are professionals and knowledgeable regarding pools and supplies. The prices are comparable to any major department store. If you bring in a water sample, they will test it and recommend the right chemical mixture to achieve the perfect clear clean water condition for your pool. Susanne and the help at S&W have always given me the correct advice regarding my pool.
Real frustrated with s&w pools and spas - NO COMMUNICATION which is still the norm from day one - I have a problem that they warranty and they are too busy to take care of it - I guess since I am paid for they have no time - they said it may take 2 weeks to get to it - hope I still have water
