RecommendedI purchased a pool from this company last summer. Had a few bumps but they definitely made it right. Courtney and Byron came out and made sure my pool was perfect!! Megan who sold me the pool was friendly and knowledgeable. I have faith that when I have future needs I will be well taken care of from this great crew.

Regional Pool Group hired S&W pool to install our pool. The installation turned into more than four months when promised at 2-4 weeks. The sub contractors were refusing to work due to lack of payment yet we had already paid what we owed. S&W says even though they installed it they need us to contact the company we hired, yet S&W pulled the permit for the installation but they won't warranty their own work. Please don't end up in the same situation we did, use a different company to install your pool.

This makes the second summer since I purchased a fiberglass pool from Suzanne and still cannot get a final inspection on the electrical ! All I can say is Do Not Deal with them! The worst experience I’ve ever had!
