Been renting from S W Bajus for several years now. Responsive and reasonable. Appreciate the day to day contact as needed.
I've rented from SW Bajus since 2007 and have been really happy with them. They're extremely quick to address any maintenance issues and their staff has always been friendly to me as well. I recently moved my office to a different space in the building and they were super helpful. They let me move furniture early and start setting up while I was still in my old office. I look forward to continuing to rent from them for as long as I have my business.
Poorly run. Very loud. Only the maintenance guys are nice. This company and the people who work for it are monsters and and the arbitrarily target certain tenants. Including trying to get them fired from their place of employment. It Seems from what I experienced they're not a big fans of jews families and people of color. If you want to drink underage and smoke pot play loud music and party past 11 this is the place for you. Gay Kaken Ofen Yom. I can't wait to move out of this place.
