I have had a fantastic experience in the last 6 years at the Kingsway. The entire staff are friendly and accommodating. My neighbors in the build are quiet and kind. The location is perfect. Walking through Wayne and access to the Train! It has been a privilege to live in a well maintained and secure building and I couldn’t be more pleased. Rebecca is always friendly and helpful and I have literally never had an issue. I considerate a privilege to reside here.

I signed a lease for 2200 sqft of gutted space at the Rosemont Business Campus owned by SW Bajus at the end of 2024. The Bajus team helped me to create a beautiful interior space for my staff and our patients that receives compliments on a frequent basis. They also covered the cost of much of that build-out. I've rented from SW Bajus since 2007 and have been really happy with them. They're extremely quick to address any maintenance issues and their staff has always been friendly to me as well. I recently moved my office to a different space in the building and they were super helpful. They let me move furniture early and start setting up while I was still in my old office. I look forward to continuing to rent from them for as long as I have my business.
