I signed a lease for 2200 sqft of gutted space at the Rosemont Business Campus owned by SW Bajus at the end of 2024. The Bajus team helped me to create a beautiful interior space for my staff and our patients that receives compliments on a frequent basis. They also covered the cost of much of that build-out. I've rented from SW Bajus since 2007 and have been really happy with them. They're extremely quick to address any maintenance issues and their staff has always been friendly to me as well. I recently moved my office to a different space in the building and they were super helpful. They let me move furniture early and start setting up while I was still in my old office. I look forward to continuing to rent from them for as long as I have my business.

Poorly run. Very loud. Only the maintenance guys are nice. This company and the people who work for it are monsters and and the arbitrarily target certain tenants. Including trying to get them fired from their place of employment. It Seems from what I experienced they're not a big fans of jews families and people of color. If you want to drink underage and smoke pot play loud music and party past 11 this is the place for you. Gay Kaken Ofen Yom. I can't wait to move out of this place.
