I'm not sure if Stefko has multiple personality disorder, but I didn't see a caring physician at all. She was rude and had a biased premeditated idea of my condition and she refused to listen. I now have lab results that confirm that she misdiagnosed a massive cyst on my eyelid. She was "kind" enough to report her biased, incorrect results to my employer which led to my medical leave and short-term disability being denied. She not only didn't help me, she actually made things worse for me..... Thanks Suz
My mother had to have facial reconstruction surgery by a plastic surgeon followed by 2 revision surgeries by Dr. Stefko. My mother is a "difficult" patient, but Dr. Stefko was kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all of our questions. She also actually performed my mother's surgery personally. Giving anybody a bad review because of a bad car accident that shut down the Parkway and required their appt to be rescheduled is ridiculous!!!
My wife is under the care of this doctor and I go with her to the appointments. This doctor explains everything and is kind and considerate. She took her time with us . The wait time in the office wasn’t bad. My wife had to have some test read so it took some time but we did okay. I would recommend this doctor. The office crew was also pleasant to us. We had no issues. My wife has to return back and will be having surgery done by her and will share that experience in another review at a later date.
Biggest complaint does not do her own surgeries. We experienced a failure on her part to be honest and forthright about who did the surgery. Had bleeding and bruising immediately following surgery once returned home and she refused to see patient nor show up for post op.
