Wonderful, honest, timely, you name it. Justin came out to help us with an emergency, and during a holiday weekend no less, while most other places were closed. Not only was he there quickly, but he was extremely helpful and reasonable. Makes a difference when you are directly working with someone who has ownership in their company.
