Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was this dentist friendly? Yes

As to the previous reviewer, EVERYONE knows that if you no-show a dentist without sufficient notice, you are liable for a token charge. He spoke of rudeness. It's rude to no-show. We all are working stiffs. No excuse. Your bad. You were lucky to only pay $40. Dr. Garnett is one of the most skillful, best educated (top of his class at Emory Dental) and compassionate dentists I've ever encountered. He is a true professional as are his staff. I have been constantly reminded of the deteriorating state of customer service in this country, however; I was focused mostly on convenience stores and fast food establishments. To my dismay this cancer has invaded professional offices as well. I set an appointment with Dr. Garnett's office and had all intentions on attending,afterall the treatment was to my benefit.
