I had a plumbing emergency. I called 6 plumbers with no luck, and then these folks fit me in the same day. They did an amazing job. They were polite and so helpful. From the friendly people I dealt with on the phone to the plumbers that came and got me fixed up, everyone was great. I would 100% recommend them.

The repair men were very nice. With that said for a 1/2 hour of work I was charged $395 to repair one pipe that was leaking and replace the drain in the tub. They were here for approximately 1/2 hours. I did see the package the plug came in and it had a new face plate which they kept. He had the receipt from Menard's upside down in his clip board so I could not see the price they paid. I went to the website and found it. The plug was $12.45. Could've been much better. Most contract workers tell you what's wrong, quote you a price, and you make the decision. They just automatically did the work and charged us over $600. I don't care if it's 2025, that's an outrageous price! And the problems not even completely fixed. I'm hesitant to call them back. We want them to complete the job and fix the problem fully... but we're afraid we'll get charged an exuberant amount again, which we can't afford.

I was told by another plumber that my bathtub was cracked and needed replacement. Sand S said it just needed grouting and referred me to his tile guy and didn’t charge me a dime for coming out. The other guy wanted $5,200 for new bath and surround. Definitely would recommend him and I’ll be using his services next time I need plumbing.
