Brought in a chain saw for a tune up and the elderly man behind the counter gave me every reason why they couldn't/ wouldn't look at the chain saw. Just terrible customer service/ attitude. I've used S & S many times over the years and even brought in another chain saw, which they repaired. I drove over to Orchard Hill and dropped the chain saw at Tom"s Mower Repair. I will never do business with S&S Lawn Mower Services in Griffin again. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a riding lawn mower in February for $375 cash. When I bought it "as is" with no warranty I was under the impression that it would work. It cranked up while I was at the shop, so there was no reason I would think there was a problem.
