I just called this place to ask general questions and whoever picked up the line was rude. didn't seem to want to even try to help me. not friendly at all. even if they had rentals availed I wouldn't have been interested!!!!!!!

BE AWARE OF 417 NORTH 18TH STREET APT F!!!!!!!! HAD A LEAK IN MY APARTMENT ABOUT 2 OR 3 MONTH AGO. ALREADY TOOK THEM A MONTH TO COME OUT AND FIX IT BUT AFTER IT WAS FIXED I STARTED DEVELOPING MOLD IN MY KITCHEN. CALLED SHARON SHE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND CLAIMED SHE DIDNT SEE ANY MOLD IN MY KITCHEN, AND BASICALLY BLAMED ME FOR THE MOLD. MIGHT WANNA MAKE SURE THE MOLD ID GONE BEFORE YOU PAY HER BECUASE SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE MINUTE YOU TELL HER, SHE'S GONNA TRY AND GET YOU PUT OUT
HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. The owner never want to fix anything. i had a leak in my ceiling which caused mold in my kitchen instead of fixing it she rather just put me and my family out ! she has a terrible attitude and on top of that the walls are super super thin so there is no privacy in your on home. and they have rats!!!!!!!!
