Alex and Max were wonderful! They made me feel like I was part of the family! Buying a car can be a gruesome process, but not at all here at S&R! Thanks Alex and Max for being great business owners and knowing what customer service is all about. I would recommend S&R to anyone.
Bought a car here not even a week ago my temp plates got stolen and then when I called about getting new plates they wanted to charge me $50 for temp plates when I got off work at 4 Marie said she wouldn’t be in the office until 4:30 at 4:33 Marie then said she needed to leave to go to the post office and would be closed for the day. Today I tried again to get temp plates and am now being told I can not. Marie is unprofessional and has an attitude more often than not
