Showed up at 5:45am for a 6am delivery apt. Walked inside by door 6 and there’re at least 4 people there. I screamed as hard I could “Excuse me” “Can you help me” “hello” and the employees there pretended not to hear me or see me. I stood there for good 30 mins till someone in a forklift saw me from far away and came to assist me. I noticed he told them something and pointed my way, I’m sure he told them why I wasn’t being helped. After I spoke to him, he gave me a door and I was unloaded in 15mins. Arrived at 4:45am for a 5 appointment , driver door at dock 7 , staff arrived at 5am and unlocked door. 45 min unloading and friendly staff. Overnight available but no restrooms.

Door was locked at 5am. You must knock / bang on door to get attention.
