LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES – DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! I went into the place to check out the boats and talk about rates. There were three younger males running the shop. They talked a lot of talk, but didn't follow through on what they said they would do. They said they would be able to "work something out" for me and my specific needs. They'll ruin your special event – Do not rent through this company!!! It is likely the equipment is faulty and they will blame you to cheat you out of as much money out of it as possible. The boat we rented for a very special occasion broke down in the middle of the river shortly after we got on the water. After many calls to the office without a response and after hours of floating in the middle of the river, they finally sent someone to retrieve us. The 'ol broken propeller schtick – We rented a boat with SK Rentals on a holiday weekend for a special occasion. Employees showed up 40 minutes later than our reservation time. Before disembarking we filled out a sheet showing dings and scratches on the boat and were instructed on proper use. We left dock and the boat died an hour and a half later (we had it for a full day). We drifted to a dock, luckily only 300 yards away. It took half an hour to get an SK employee on the phone. Ripped Off – Looking for a nice day and ended up with a huge bill......We rented a damaged boat and a jetski from SK watercrafts. We were not given any pre paperwork as you would in a rental car situation....when we brought the equitment back we were told by a very young man that we did more damage to the boat...in the same spots?? Told we would be contacted in 2 weeks....never was.....3 months later my card was charge $542...called to argue and they went back to my paperwork and ended up charging more!!!! $1,900....yelled a... read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER – I had a horrible experience at SK watercraft. If you like your money do not rent from them. They charged us $560 of damage we did not do.. 3 months after we rented there. They were using the watercraft for 3 months before contacting us about the amount we owed them. They then charged the wrong card and would not make a phone call to fix their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

WE enjoyed an afternoon rental on the Coloumbia River renting one of the Jet Skies. Afterwards we were surprised to hear that the propeller may have a damage and they will inspect it and tell us in a few days to see how much of the damage deposit they will keep. Having seen the propeller and housing before the rental, I ask to go and see the propeller again.
