My first experience here with one of the male techs was absolutely great, quick service, listened to my wants and gave me exactly that. My second visit was a completely different experience. I asked for a specific color by brand and color name. The tech was condescending and told me it didn’t exist in that brand, after insisting it did and that they had it she finally found it. Wonderful service! Starting going here after my old place filed my nails down too thin and I haven't had a complaint. They are so nice, im not much of a talker and they make small talk and don't push me to talk. So glad I found them, and so close to my house
