Will never come here again. I bought 3 necklaces and 2 of them started to turn. I bring them back and all they did was put it in a machine and refuse to give me my money back or give me a store credit. My name necklace has a diamond and it's supposed to be in a setting. Instead it's smashed into my necklace and you can barely see it. When I told the store manager she said the place she got it from isn't there anymore. They changed hands. Worst experience ever. Came in for two repairs and cleaning. The price was fair ($30 for everything), but the service was awful. The man working in the back kept coughing up mucous loudly and inappropriately, the woman in the front was playing her day time soap opera in Asian so loud. When I asked for my engagement ring to be cleaned, I assumed it was going to be done professionally. The absolute worst place ever. Her and her husband sell jewelry that's only worth 10 dollars and they sell it for 200 they also use cheap ass watch batteries and they are awful at repairs. Never go here just make a trip to jewelers row.
