There are a bunch of jokers and fraudsters running this HOA. When I called them to inquire about a charge on my account, they told me it was due to certified mail. My response was that we did not receive any certified email, and I requested that they send me a receipt from USPS. However, they said we do not provide receipts. Why did you send me a certified email when you could have sent me a regular email? How does this work? Is this a new business model? It's time to stop harassing the residents here.

Mr Skinner called us with an emergency plumbing repair. Our invoice was returned, the number has been disconnected.

I’m still waiting to get my bill to pay the annual assessment! I’m wondering what the heck the did with our money from last year ?! They haven’t repair anything around the lakes! The have not planted any new trees around the lake! Main Street on canyon lakes village residents continue parking on the street their vehicles, very hard to pass through, many residentes front houses look like dumpster, lawns badly taking care of, in addition some residents have their advertisement job vehicles parked in our streets blocking!!!
