I am looking for my first house/apartment. This was the most terrible experience ever! They were not helpful at all. horrible customer service and Shirley never calls you back or gets to you. She says on her voicemail that she checks her mail every 10 minutes which is a lie and she is very difficult to deal with. She rudely hung up on me when I was trying to get in contact with her for 2 weeks because I wanted an apartment she showed me. I do not recommend anyone to do business at this establishment.
