Insulting money grubbers. Not quite up and up.
I had my mower serviced for the first time at S&D! My pull cord to start mower pulled out! They said that it would take two weeks. Two weeks came and gone and still no phone call. I called. Oh yeah,-your mower is ready. I hv cut my grass twice since then and a month after getting it back,- the cord pulled out again! Will they charge me since they used the cord I bought at Lowes didn't work! Professionals , we will see. It's sad!
