Horrible customer service!!!! I know they were recently bought out by United Services and we could not be any happier to acquire better customer service too!! Hate to say this but we are glad the GIANT company won this one! These people could not even make it in the fast food world!!

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
We use this company at our current site. They do not maintain the units. One of them has had a blockage in the urinal for 5 months. They don't always put in cleaner and they aren't very good at cleaning the insides either.
I am the Operations Director for Symbiotic Event Services, we partnered with S & B two year's ago to become our restroom and, on some levels, our waste management vendor. They have given our event patrons nothing but their best effort and services, as well as provided a wonderful professional service to our team. I would recommend them to anyone needing reliable restroom services and more.
