Thank you Melisa for everything! When Mom downsized and we were ready to sell the house you gave excellent suggestions on initial meeting. We really only had to paint and clean and you took care of everything else. I really appreciated how quickly you responded to emails or call, and after offer came with house on market only 2 weeks we had complete confidence in you handling all the paperwork. I was very disappointed in my experiences with Ryen Realty. My boyfriend and I began looking for apartments and found some listed on their website. We completed the application form as instructed and submitted it. We later called to set up a time to go see the apartment. I was very grateful that they were willing to work with my hours, and schedule to take us to see the apartment later in the evening, since my work hours are a bit late. When we had trouble with our realtor (different compamy) Tim came to the rescue he was just wonderful from day 1. The entire time he worked with us to help us find the perfect home for my family. We never would have found it if it wasn't for him. I would recommend him to anyone. :)
