RecommendedWe made the decision to sell our house. But didn’t know where to start. Looked in the phone book and picked one. Needless to say it didn’t work out for us. House next door was listed thru Ryen. Their contractors did repairs to the front steps and the bricks and concrete from the repair was thrown into my flower bed. When I called Ryan to have them removed I was told that since the house had been sold it was not their responsibility. I had to remind the "gentleman" that is was their contractor, their mess, and they needed to clean it up.

Completely unprofessional and hung up on me after inquiring about my security deposit. Oh, and Wanda never actually did a walkthrough of the apartment to justify doing so.
