Meal, drinks, and service was good! The butcher board was very underwhelming. Could do a lot more with it. The Old Old Fashion was spot on. Portions larger than anticipated. Overall, I would come back but it is not a stand out restaurant in KC for me that I would have to come to during my visits.

Great service and great food. The atmosphere was a little loud which interfered with table conversations.
The food is divine. I can't imagine anything on the menu is less than excellent. I love the fried chicken which was a surprise to me. My only complaint: they do not serve rye bread.
Amazing food and service. The Shrimp and Grits were outstanding. A must try and we will be back.

Had dinner there last night, the appetizers were great however our enrtee was poorly prepared and the meat wasn't the best quality. So if you eat there I would stay away from the pork chops. Our waitress was average best. I expected a better overall dinning experience.

We cannot wait to go back! Not only was the service impeccable, but the food was absolutely amazing!! Shrimp & grits a lovely surprise that I will get again! Some of the best fried chicken we have had! A must do for anybody in the KC area!
This was far and away the very best dining experience I have ever had! I was in town on business from Columbus, Ohio and wanted something local. SCORE! From the moment I walked in, I was treated as if the only guest in the restaurant. Friendly, warm and caring...and I hadn't yet been seated. Dining alone is often just a little awkward, so the hostess suggested I sit the the Chef's table overlooking the kitchen. This was perfect.
