Worst customer service I've ever encountered. An incorrect part was substituted for the SS exhaust Flex Tube that I actually ordered. Finally after much effort on my part I was told that the correct part was not even in stock and customer service did not know if it would ever be stocked again. A refund is being processed for the Flex Tube. When I ordered the part I also ordered 3 cartridges of grease only because they would ship in the same box.
