Great experience with Renata from finance with the electronic signature and Bob delivered the new Trax, all very easy and transparent.
We are a family of Toyota owners, but my son bought a Camaro. Every interaction with this dealership has been EXCEPTIONAL - better than anything we have experienced at a Toyota dealer. The parts/service department was honest and did not try to take advantage of a young client. Their sales department is also very straightforward and true to their word. Don’t know if my experience here will ever convince me to buy a Chevy, but other dealerships could learn from Rydell - for sure!
I love Rydell. Doesn't matter if you go for sales or service they are professional and fair. Sam in service is great. He explains what is needed in terms I get. I will definitely bring my car to him.
Went today to check out a car and Jamaal was amazing!! Super knowledgeable, patient, amazing personality. We just came from another dealer and total difference in the customer service. I will definitely recommend him for your next car shopping at Rydell Chevrolet. If it wasn't for the color of the car i would have literally bought the car in an instant and drove it off the lot. But thank you again Jamaal for everything.
Extremely satisfied with my experience! Everything went perfectly, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for the great service!
