Affordable oil change prices and good service, service waiting area is small and no complimentary food or coffee, outdated place with improvement needed, parking lot big and easy access.
Worst decision I made was purchasing a car from rydell chevy in northridge. It is a 2017 Chevy Impala LT V6. I can go on and on about how awful the car is itself. That's for another day. But, all, EVERY employee here at Northridge Rydell Chevy uses aggressive sales tactics, trickery to get into your head, they overcharge, and get you to sign strictly bank loans and sign you into overpriced extra warranties too. Got my truck here 3 years ago and just got another truck from them again because the process was super smooth and great pricing. Juan Carrillo was a kind and honest salesman who got me into a new truck with ease. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Great dealership, and great staff 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new/used car.
