The project manager, Sean, was a pleasure to work with. Great product and service! He was even able to fit us in earlier than expected. The roof looks great!
I am completely satisfied with my Rydel experience. I like the inspection process firstly. Wesley came over to take a full look at the roof and what might be the problem. The house had had a new roof put on by Bluenose Roofing March 2024. Company went out of business apparently as no phone calls were returned. Work around the sewer pipe had to be redone as flange was not properly installed and water leaking had just begun under the shingles. Evgenii repaired it with excellence. Worked with Matthew and Mike. They walked us through everything. Matthew had a great plan for our roof. Mike and his team executed the plan with expertise. Our roof was not simple or easy and we greatly appreciate everything Matthew, Mike and his team did for us.
I had such a great experience with this team for my roof repair! Sean was super helpful on the sales side, he explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Andrew came out for the inspection and was so thorough and easy to talk to, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. And Paul, who did the actual roof installation, did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and just really nice to deal with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done!
