The company was difficult to work with, made several massive blunders that made a 1 week project take nearly 2 months, and then refuses to complete repair work that was previously agreed upon. Do NOT trust them or their inflated review score.
Had rob and his amazing crew put a new roof on my house and my garage last week that looks amazing. The guys worked long and hard at making sure all my question and issues were addressed and I am one happy camper. Thanks to the first guy Shawn to the last guy John and rob and his crew for the great work.
I had a wonderful experience working with Rydel Roofing. Not only was the quality of the roofing work top-notch, but their team went above and beyond to help me with details well beyond the roof itself. Every step of the way, they handled everything with professionalism, clear communication, and great care for my property. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Rydel to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company.
Good work, quick and cleaned up after. Thanks guys!
Avoid this company like the plague. They will quote you 2-3x more than a good contractor. They use aggressive sales techniques to get you to sign, such as a follow up in person “quote” they tell you will come at a 10% discount if you sign that day. Worse they sell their own financing, this company doesnt sell roofs it sells you debt and collects the interest then they subcontract out the work to the lowest bidder. Do yourself a favour and higher a real roofing company
