I would give them a rating of 'Satisfactory'. There was some miscommunication as to when they would come. They did an OK job, but a window and screen and some gutters got banged up by the shingles flying by. The gutters were cleaned out after but again, just superficially done. They had to come back for a couple minor things that I noticed. Evgenii, their project overseer seemed like a capable guy, and was very good about getting my screen repaired.

I had to share my own experience here because I think it will help the company. I was called after two days, to go over the service I needed, which is a combo of HVAC duct repair and the connecting outside eaves soffit duct cover replacement. The lady listened as I explained the job exactly. At that point I got a non-stop speech about how they would come and do an inspection for $199, and if they took the job, the pre-inspection $199 fee would be taken off the cost of the job. I considered my experience with Rydel roofing as a learning experience as a first -time home owner. A door-knocker for the company solicited me and I agreed for a free roof assessment. The Rydel Roofing employee who assessed my roof recommended that I replace the shingles; foolishly I believed him and paid $500 to lock in a price quote. A second roofing company inspected my roof and determined that the roof, in fact, did not need replacing. Rydel Roofing has ignored my requests for a refund. Buyer beware.
