We have worked with many agencies in VA, NC, NY and NJ to find care for our elderly parents. As a nurse, I understand why it is so hard to find good caregivers to work in this industry. I don't know how they do it, but the people Rachelle (the owner) found and sent to our mother's home were head and shoulders above any others I have worked with over the last few years. At this time 2026, the name of the company is Ryan's Aging Care.

Excellent care. The aide Ryan’s Caring Hands sent for my mother was an angel. The aide went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. The office was very companionate to me and my family with our needs.

This company is the worst company ever to work for Brittany is so unprofessional and rude they were supposed to direct deposit my check into my checking account but no they mailed it instead I get my check and I look at my check and I was only paid $12 an hour when Rochelle told me they start everyone out at $16 an hour and her words to me was how can anyone live on $12 an hour I got my check 4/26/2021 I called to ask about my Pay rate and Brittany was so rude and hung the phone up on me I wouldn’t put my dog in there care t... read more
