Great Dealership, Trustworthy, Clean cars! – This place had the cleanest truck out of any in the area. The full maintainece history and Carfax was made available for viewing. He was prompt with returning my calls. Awesome seller, I have since recomended him to coworkers and friends.

Beware of Ryan!!! – I bought an '86 Buick Regal from Ryan last month. He told me that the previous owner was an old lady whose husband had bought the car new. That was not true because the Carfax report says she was the third owner. He said everything on the car worked which was not true. The cassette player, rear window defroster, and power antenna are all inoperative. He told me that the old lady had the car serviced every year and anything it needed was done to it. THIS CAR LOT IS A RIP-OFF!!! – BOUGHT AN 03 GMC FROM RYAN AND OIL PUMP STARTED GOING OUT BEFORE I COULD GET HOME!!!!(3 HOUR DRIVE). RYAN SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE BY SENDING ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. WELL GUESS WHAT THE WARRANTY WAS A SCAM TOO!!! NOW ITS TOTALLY UP TO ME TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE,RYAN HAS WASHED HIS HANDS OF ME. NOW IM STUCK WITH A LEMON AND A 600.00 SHOP BILL!! THE SHOP WORKING ON MY TRUCK SAYS THIS ISNT THE FIRST VEHICLE HES HAD FROM RYANS AUTO SALES OF MUNCIE IND.

A Man's Word is his Bond,This Guy's Word is worthless. – If you want to buy a used car from someone you'd want that person to be honest,honesty includes being a person who keeps their word.When Ryan promises to hold a car for someone who's a serious buyer and sells it out from under them without a word of warning that IS NOT keeping his word. I wonder what else there is to doubt about this dealer.
