He was monitoring me for glaucoma. He did not pay attention to me or my problem. I was losing sight rapidly. He knew it but chose to ignore me. By the time another doctor stepped in I had lost all peripheral vision in one eye after using the medication St. Clair prescribed.
Does not listen, hear or care about your problem and concerns. Rude, abrupt and condescending.
This guy does not care about patients. He left me in the lurch and I lost a lot of vision. Don't go to him for glaucoma.
The reports of Dr St Claire being rushed and abrupt were true when I started seeing him a year ago, but he's improved lately, maybe due to this feedback page.
I just had cataracts removed with Dr. St Clair. Overall it was a very positive experience. Office visits were always on time, staff was always very friendly, & many precautions were taken because of covid. Waiting room & exam rooms were clean with chairs spaced apart for social distancing & surgical masks were provided. Dr. St Clair made me feel confident about having the surgery (he does a lot of them), was very friendly, and ALWAYS answered any questions I might have had. It was wonderful. He explained things well and was very accommodating. Very pleasant and thorough. Very happy with service.
Great experience with Dr. St Claire both times I’ve seen him. Thorough and took the time to figure out a diagnosis and treatment.
Dr St Clair is quite obviously an expert in his field. He had all the answers I needed and suggested a bunch of different things I could do to help my dry eye problems. I recommended him to a few friends and they said they had great experiences as well.
Two visits to Dr. St. Clair have been way less than disappointing. He is rushed, very abrupt and displays a total lack of care or willingness to listen or help me with my vision and eye problems. Very cold and disinterested. Not what you would expect from a Dr that cares at all for his patients. terrible experience.
