Ryan is the GOAT Real Estate Agent, this is a simple fact. He helped me buy and sell (under less than ideal circumstances) my home. Professional, knowledgeable, personable he is a subject matter expert and master of his craft. Even if I can't work with him directly for another real estate transaction, I plan to ask for referrals to agents in his network because I know I can trust him to look out for my best interests.
Ryan made our transition to Tennessee practically seamless. While we still lived out of state, he set up virtual showings for us to help begin our home- buying process. Apparently my budget doesn't reflect a specific criteria that's "worth" his time. I personally don't think 250,000 is too miniscule to work with. I get wanting to uphold a certain level of superiority but this was grossy unprofessional and I would not recommend Michael Ryan Smith to anyone purchasing a home. I was referred to him by a previous client who had nothing to but positive things to say. I found Ryan by googling realtors. I'm so thankful I did! Ryan is amazing! He is involved in every aspect and helps in any way he can. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he handled everything about our purchase. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy or sell. His back lab, Cotton, is the sweetest pup!
