FABULOUS FIRM Absolutely FABULOUS company. I will use them again. They remodeled my Reston, VA bathroom completely to a very very high standard.... and the whole time, I was in England! I'm an absentee landlord and luckily I picked the best firm around (all by internet ratings!). They sent me photos, sent me web addresses for all the hardware, tile, etc. Just a very kind, fabulous team.

Very Professional This company does First Class work. I would recommend them to do any type of remodeling job. Their professionalism shows in their employees, their work, and overall completeness of assignments. As this was the first time I had ever attempted a major project such as this, Selwa did a awesome job in helping me make decisions. Ryan was also very good in communicating with us, and was instrumental in a suggestion which saved us a substantial amount of money. Would highly recommend this Company.
chemboy07 Ryan, Selwa, and their crew did a great job of remodeling our house, both inside and outside. Thet were receptive to doing additional work in mid-job as the need arose. Their drywall people are fantastic and made our house look like new. Ryan stayed in touch with frequent phone calls and visits to check up on progress, so we always knoe what the status of the job was. Basement Egress Install Very professional. They came in with an estimate that was reasonable (Not the cheapest and certainly not the highest) and a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding permits, load bearing requirements, design and installation. As we went through the permit and HOA approval process, Ryan communicated with us on a regular basis. His planning and communication skills gave us a high level of confidence going into the project. Basement Finish We had Ryan Reph finish our basement. They were one of three contractors we asked to bid. They came in competitive, but the lowest. However the deciding factor was all their great ideas. Selwa was great and made us realize this company was far ahead of the others. Ryan and his crew Anuar and Antonio were great to work with, showed up on time, and the work was superb. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
Find Someone Else I used Ryan Reph for two separate jobs. I was initially pleased with Job #1, a bathroom remodel, but recently I have been having plumbing leaks because the plumbing was installed incorrectly. The second job was more extensive (kitchen, 2 bathrooms) and I was not satisfied. Price kept going up for items they missed. plumbing was done incorrectly, tiling done incorrectly, they used the wet saw inside the house and left a terrible mess every day.
